Hey Peeps –
Welcome Back to “Monday Wisdom” ???? How was your weekend? We had a lovely weekend, I took the kiddos to see Creed III. I thought it was a great movie with a positive message. Temps here are still cold, but the forecast is promising 🙂
Let’s continue marching into Spring and continue spending time on Vision Board Creation,
Creating a vision board is an incredibly powerful tool for manifesting your dreams and goals. It’s a visual representation of what you want to achieve in your life, and it helps to keep you focused and motivated on the path to success. In this blog, we will explore how to create a vision board that will inspire and guide you toward the life you want to live.
Discover Your Why
Before we dive into creating your vision board, it’s important to understand your why. What is your purpose, your mission, your reason for waking up in the morning? Your vision board will lack direction and intention without a clear understanding of your why. Take some time to reflect on your values, passions, and goals. What do you want to achieve in the next 12 months? What impact do you want to make in the world? Once you have a clear understanding of your why, you can start to create a vision board that aligns with your purpose.
Create Your Vision
Now that you have a clear understanding of your why, it’s time to create your vision. Your vision should be a clear and specific picture of what you want to achieve. It should inspire and motivate you, and it should be aligned with your values and passions. List your top 7 to 10 goals for the next 12 months. This will give you a starting point for creating your vision board.
Get Your Supplies
Once you have your goals, it’s time to gather your supplies. For an old-school vision board, you will need a poster board, cork board, or magnetic board, along with tape, glue, thumbtacks, and anything else you need to decorate and design your vision board. You’ll also need to gather pictures from magazines, postcards, brochures, and pictures printed off the internet. Anything that inspires you and represents your goals and aspirations. For a digital vision board, you’ll need to choose your platform, such for a digital vision board as Power Point, Trello, or Pinterest. You can find inspiration for digital vision boards on Pinterest, where there are countless examples to choose from.
Design Your Vision Board
Now it’s time to design your vision board. Start by laying out your pictures and words on the board, arranging them in a way that makes sense. Don’t be afraid to cut up pictures or words to create the exact look and feel you want. Use your markers, pens, and stickers to add your personal touch to the board. If you’re creating a digital vision board, use the tools available on your platform to design a board that reflects your vision and goals.
Serve
Finally, remember to serve. Your vision board is not just about you; it’s about how you can serve others. When you’re creating your vision board, think about how you can make a positive impact on the world. How can you use your talents and passions to serve others? How can you create a ripple effect of positivity and inspiration? By serving others, you will find fulfillment and purpose, and your vision board will become more than just a list of goals; it will become a roadmap for a meaningful and fulfilling life.
In conclusion, creating a vision board is a powerful tool for manifesting your dreams and goals. By discovering your why, creating your vision, getting your supplies, designing your board, and serving others, you can create a roadmap for a life aligned with your purpose and values. Remember to keep your vision board where you can see it daily, and use it as a source of inspiration and motivation on your journey towards a fulfilling and meaningful life.
