We had a heatwave today in MN. It was almost 40 here today and sunny. The weather inspired me to take a drive with my daughters to a unique café that put edible gold and glitter in their hot coffee drinks. I added a picture of our drinks.

During January, I am challenging you to come out of the 2023 gate HOT and be ready to take massive action. It is time to MOVE. Do not delay! Heaven is holding space for you⏬️.

This week lets laser focus on Saying YES to yourself and your dreams.

Let’s get physical – (remember Olivia Newton John’s song LOL)

This week do at least 3 days of physical activity and eat at least three healthy meals. Let’s Go – Get active and watch your life go to the next level. There are many benefits to being active and eating healthy a significant one is a boost in self-esteem
