Cleanse Days – Wednesday/Saturday/Tuesday

  • Mid Morning Cleansing Tea Drink
  • Healthy Snack 
  • Afternoon  Cleansing Tea Drink 
  • Healthy Snack
  • Dinner Cleansing Tea Drink 
  • Healthy Snack

Healthy snacks should be what your body needs calorie-wise so you can be successful..


Drink AS MUCH water as you can! 

I have a cup of organic coffee even on a cleanse day. – I add MCT Collagen Peptides as a creamer. (if needed a splash of sugar free vanilla syrup from Starbucks)
