Welcome back to Monday Wisdom. This weekend we had temperatures in the 50* F, So I enjoyed getting outside. How was your weekend? 


Happy November Continues! It is Thankfulness Month:)  Let’s continue learning about Thankfulness and Gratitude.

Increased Desire To Exercise

Research has found that participants reported an increased desire to exercise in addition to fewer headaches, reduced nausea, and other positives. Of course, the health benefits of exercise are well-known. Leverage this new inspiration by finding a form of exercise, making it a part of your daily routine.


Gratitude is a gift for yourself and your family and friends. How can you utilize this information and practice gratitude this week?

  1. Add to your gratitude list daily, at least one more thing each day.
  2. When you think of a negative thought, try to see the positive side of the situation.
  3. Commit to one day a week when you won’t complain about anything.
  4. Try to take note when people do a good job and give recognition when it’s due at work.
  5. Reward effort, if someone does something nice for you, do something nice for them.
  6. Meditate with your gratitude list, giving thanks for all your good fortune.
  7. Live mindfully, not worrying about the past or future.
