Hey Peeps,
How was your weekend? I hosted a zoom facial event on Friday evening with amazing women from all over the world. Saturday I attended a youth event and had brunch with my daughter. I laughed so much. In short, my weekend was FUN!

Having fun is good for you because physiologically, it helps to balance out our stress and feel-good hormones, preventing diseases long-term. It helps to boost our creativity, energy, productivity, and overall cognition. It’s like our brains revert back to being a child again.
Having FUN on purpose
- Keeps you youthful
- De stresses you
- Increases creativity
- Strengthens your memory.
Playing, laughing, singing, dancing… These are the things that pump those well-being chemicals. Having fun is what makes them flow. Good food, playing games, making love, making merry. All of these things (and more) flood our brains and bodies with those chemicals that make us feel good, that produce health.

We all know that leisure time makes us feel good, but now scientific evidence shows that taking time out and engaging in activities you enjoy really does lead to both psychological and physical wellbeing.
